**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts in account management and business development.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Utilize Sales software for tracking account activity, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong background in sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Strong leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to assess market data and client needs effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
