**Salary Range**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 + Commissions
**Your Mission**: General and Administrative Awesomeness

Collaborate with our leadership to craft strategic plans for customer base expansion.

Adhere meticulously to OHSA safety requirements, prioritizing a secure working environment.

Participate actively in production meetings, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Stay informed about industry developments, including shifts in customer dynamics and competitive landscapes.

Provide timely sales reports as directed by management.

Meet and exceed department Key Performance Indicators.

Utilize SEP and CRM tools proficiently for efficient day-to-day operations and activity tracking.

**Account Growth Extravaganza**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their expectations are not only met but surpassed.

Identify growth opportunities within accounts and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships.

Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to ensure impeccable service delivery.

Offer professional advice to clients, enhancing their experience with SinaLite.

Regularly review account performances and adjust strategies as needed.

Share valuable customer feedback with other go-to-market pillars to align with market expectations.

**Closing Chapter**:
Maximize spend on assigned accounts within your portfolio.

Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective for sustainable revenue growth.

Articulate and sell the value proposition to key stakeholders during the expansion cycle.

Exceed quarterly activity and revenue goals consistently.

Accurately track all opportunity and customer details, including use cases and forecasting, using Salesforce.

Collaborate with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts.

**Qualifications**:
Demonstrated expertise as an Account Manager, particularly within the wholesale printing realm.

Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to seamlessly operate both independently and as a team player.

Dedication to maintaining elevated levels of customer satisfaction.

Ensuring alignment with organizational and department expectations early and often
