**About the Position**
Currently, our company is actively seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate **Purchaser **to provide assistance with a variety of office activities, including but not limited, to the following:
- Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Verifying receipt of items by comparing any received items received to items ordered; and resolving potential shipment errors with suppliers.
- Evaluate and source existing and new vendors for materials, equipment, supplies and service.
- Negotiate pricing for materials and supplies.
- Manage entire supply chain cycle from Purchase order to receipt.
- Develop and manage vendor score cards for performance and reviews.
- Preparation and coordination of all aspects of the bidding process for RF’s (e.g. Request for Proposal, Request for information, Request for Quote).
- Ensures that sufficient inventory levels are maintained for all items and that PO’s are in accordance with supplier lead times and customer requirements
- Work closely with sales departments to ensure proper communication and planning of material supply.
- Collaborate with internal customers and provide high level of customer service, including recommended solutions, resources and alternative supply options.
- Communicate supplier issues, performance concerns and non-compliance concerns to all relevant parties
- Performs and coordinates various administrative/ad-hoc duties for the Management team when required
**Required Education and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or other relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
