**Duties Include**:
- Preparing payroll
- Recording daily transactions
- Reconciling books for 4 companies
- Maintaining and preparing ledger & managing accounts
- Maintaining and organizing records, reports & files
- Other required duties in the office as required
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge with Quickbooks Online & Microsoft Word/Excel
- Organizational Skills
- Excellent communication skills in written & oral English
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
