**Job Summary**
Raymond James Ltd. is looking for a Manager, Advisor Digital Strategy to manage our digital marketing agency team who support our clients, financial advisors. Drawing on experience as a team manager, you will be responsible for training and developing your team as well as coaching them on digital campaign best practice, finding measurable areas for growth to best support our clients.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise a team of digital marketing experts;
- Oversee and advise on the day-to-day development and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns for our clients, including, but not limited to: Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn;
- Liaise with and support the Web Services team, who build our client websites, with, but not limited to, SEO best practice, conversion rates, and landing pages;
- Foster and support relationships with our clients by uncovering their digital marketing needs and solving problems proactively; and
- Conduct client surveys to understand current efficiency and shape future team and marketing strategies.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
**Knowledge of**
- Talent acquisition, team management and development;
- Preparing business cases and presenting to senior managers;
- Digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn;
- Customer journey and client support; and
- Website analytics and best practice is an asset.

**Skill in**
- Digital marketing campaign tools;
- Preparing presentations for clients and senior managers; and
- Team development, performance, and resource management.

**Ability to**
- Exercise tact and discretion in the handling of confidential information;
- Work collaboratively within a team environment;
- Demonstrate a professional manner to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization;
- Provide a high level of customer service in a professional manner; and
- Communicate proficiently in French is an asset.

**Educational/Previous Experience Requirements**
- A minimum of 3 year of experience managing people;
- A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience; and
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or English.
