Rival is on the hunt for a bilingual Customer Success Manager experienced in Insurtech. As a key player in our innovative insurance software company, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our customers’ success with our new product. Your role will encompass developing and optimizing customer success strategies, leading and developing customer onboarding processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with our product teams. Develop and optimize customer success strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance strategic planning.
Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the software insurance industry.
Strong project management skills and a knack for building processes from the ground up.
Strong preference for bi-lingual candidates in English and French to serve our customer base.
Leading experience or potential to build and lead a high-performing customer success team.
