Your challenge- This position is responsible for scaling all inbound and outbound trucks. Performs data entry, answers the telephone, and completes other administrative duties. Perform general office duties as required.- Individual responsibilities- Responsible for all functions related to scaling inbound and outbound trucks.
- Responsible for directing trucks to the appropriate loading or unloading zones.
- Responsible for communicating clearly and courteously with, but not limited to truck drivers, operational staff, transportation staff, and administrative staff as appropriate.
- Ensuring/Enforcing all drivers are aware of proper PPE protocol when entering our facility and parking as well.
- Responsible for completing and entering all bills of lading produced.
- Responsible for completing various spreadsheets and administrative work.
- Receive and direct telephone enquiries as required.
- Filing of all scale/manual tickets and ensuring they are all filed in numerical order.
- Responsible for reporting any office related (equipment, etc.) issues.
- Responsible for maintaining Cascades Recovery+ philosophy.
- Qualifications**Education**
- High School graduation or higher.

**Skills**
- Must have a strong computer knowledge with a good understanding of MS Windows, Excel, and Word and general office equipments.
