**Job duties will include but not limited to**
- Monitoring and updating customer orders;
- Maintaining shipping, office, and kitchen supplies.
- Arranging and managing travel profiles and bookings.
- Working and managing spreadsheet data.
- Running and managing monthly reports.
- Filing and other duties relevant to the position will be assigned by supervisor as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong decision making and problem solving.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, demanding, high-volume environment
- Strong ability to work in a flexible team environment.

**Here's what we will provide**
- A great team with a safe and positive working environment
- Hybrid role, work from home but will require to be in office 2-3 days per week. Some training required to be done on-site/in-office.
