**How you will create impact**:

- Administering payroll transactions including pay runs, mass updates, pending pay items, time and attendance files, year-end tasks and accrual bank information.
- Completing pay activities including service recovery and adjustments, salary accruals, system tasks, calculations and billing and direct deposit submissions.
- Processing, balancing and reconciling provincial tax remittances and pension reporting and confirming successful completion.
- Preparing, loading and validating import files and conducting quality assurance audits to ensure required functionality and report capability objectives are achieved.
- Offering production support for pay-related inquiries and escalations, updating process documentation, completing testing on system enhancements and providing operational assistance to business partners and the team.

**To join our team**:

- You have four years of experience in Payroll operations or Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration, control and compliance.
- You have a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- You hold the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation.
- You have strong technical, analytical and mathematical skills and working knowledge of financial accounting principles and employment legislation.
