**Transportation Scheduler**

**About CSC**:
**Overview**:
The Transportation Scheduler works in collaboration with the Program Coordinator of Transportation Services, performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include organizing transportation for clients in Windsor & Essex County to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities. Transportation is provided by multiple entities in partnership, utilizing private cars, entity vehicles, and public transportation.

**Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive)**:

- Assessing technological support needs
- Supporting day-to-day operations of CareLink and other transportation networks
- Software implementation and maintenance
- Handling invoicing and money
- Participating in on-call rotation
- Analyzing performance and aggregate data
- Scheduling transportation and vehicle maintenance
- Ensuring business continuity across collaborations for reporting risks and critical incidents
- Performing other relevant duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Energetic personality and change champion

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in operating office equipment
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Experience with Novus and NesdaTrak software preferred
- Police clearance required

- Experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities essential

**Reporting Structure**:
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer and Program Coordinator Transportation

**Hours and Compensation**:

- Hours: Thirty-five hours per week
- Compensation: $18.66 to $21.45 per hour
