**SUMMARY**:

**The Field Controls Administrator is responsible for daily time entry, LEMs, and billing. This position**
**reports to the Project Controls Lead.**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- **Employee time entry for weekly payroll.**:

- **Producing daily LEMs for customer approval.**:

- **Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly billing for projects.**:

- **Client/project specific reporting and/or data uploads**:

- **Assisting with review and accruals of accounts payable and month end closing.**:

- **Other duties as required.**

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience in an Administrative role, preferably with project coordination**

**and management in the construction industry would be ideal.**
- **Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.**:

- **Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced**

**environment.**
- **Demonstrated skill and experience with invoicing, particularly for major projects.**:
