The MKTG Sports & Entertainment Consulting Team is looking for someone to join our fast-growing Influencer Marketing team. We want someone who will play a vital role in leading a team on influencer - led activations and campaigns for our clients.

As an Account Manager, you will play a leading role in all aspects of the end-to-end process on your assigned account(s), from the initial strategic recommendations to securing the talent and measuring the performance of the partnerships on behalf of the brand.

**Primary responsibilities will include**:

- **Influencer Marketing**:Research, analyze and recommend ambassadors and influencers for client campaigns, events, and long-term partnerships
- ** Project Management**:Effective at setting priorities, organizing daily workload and contributing to resource planning
- ** Insights and Analysis**:Deliver competitive landscapes that identify strategic whitespace opportunities that align with client objectives
- ** Contract Development**:Support in the negotiations and contract development of partnership agreements
- ** Client Management**:Day-to-day management of client accounts, including leading communications with clients, properties, and agents
- ** Creative Mindset**:Participate in client brainstorms, creative briefs, and ideation of activation concepts
- ** Informed**:Maintaining current and deep knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends

**Qualifications**
- University Degree preferred and relevant experience within social media, talent partnerships, influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of social media and ability to self-produce and/or edit content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Ability to identify trends and adapt to a constantly changing digital landscape, especially emerging social tools and platforms
- Knowledge of the social media landscape, including talent and brand partnerships
- Creative with a sense of what is resonating well online
- Excellent communication skills; vocal, articulate and comfortable with copywriting
- Adept at speaking with and presenting to key stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to identify what’s needed to keep projects moving
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Self-starter, focused, self-motivated and ambitious

- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks according to project timelines

Proficiency in French is an asset

**Additional Information**
The salary range for this position is $63,750-$75,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
