**Overall Expectations**:

- Ability to think strategically, thrive in a dynamic client-focused environment, and create a strong team environment with a sense of excellence
- Always maintain a high standard of ethics, professionalism, confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to portray the Firm in a positive manner
- Effective verbal and written skills to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Caseware, Caseview, and Tax Prep
- Prepare a notice to readers, assurance engagements, personal and corporate tax returns, HST returns, T4’s, T5’s, T3 returns, and bookkeeping
- Seeks, evaluates, and acts upon opportunities for professional development to change, grow and improve
- Proactively market and attract new clients to the Firm
- Actively participate in the training and mentorship of junior team members
- All other tasks as required by the Office Managing Partner
- Complete client billings with the goal to generate excellent recoveries

**Qualifications**:

- CPA Designation
- 5+ years experience post designation
