**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for our plastics garbage bags, compostable bags, and films.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, purchasing, global team, customer service, and operations to launch new products and drive product enhancements.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including product datasheets, brochures, presentations, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and events.
- Analyze key performance metrics and track campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Update and review monthly product pricing, sales reporting, and daily pricing reviews/approval.
- Serve as a product evangelist, providing sales enablement support and training to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell our products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive developments to identify opportunities and risks for our product portfolio.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the plastics, manufacturing, food service, or Institutional industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive product growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships across the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools; experience with excel and marketing platforms is a plus.
