This position is for an Electrical Project Coordinator that has an architectural/electrical/construction technologist background or can demonstrate equivalent experience in all areas as listed below.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Communicate with vendors such as contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and specified manufacturers on an ongoing basis
- Experienced in the accurate interpretation of specifications and drawings
- Organize project documents, set up projects, scheduling and coordinating, shop drawings, RFI’s, revisions to contract, close out documents
- Maintain filing systems and data bases for projects
- Creating and maintaining maintenance manuals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Ability to demonstrate a highly proficient level of accuracy in data entry
- Organization and multi-tasking skills

**Experience**:
Project coordination: 1 year (preferred)

Salary will be based upon experience and education. Our very competitive remuneration package includes a complete benefit package and RRSP plan.
