Electrical Project Manager

Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you’ll work in a small team environment where you will have the ability to work with some of the industry’s greatest talent. In this role, you will work closely with your team members and our customers to assist and recommend solutions for their needs. You will be innovative and self-motivated, and won’t be afraid of a hard day’s work. You will bring an entrepreneurial energy and attitude into every job and project. You will have a long-term growth focus and be willing to do what is necessary to drive results and ensure customer satisfaction.

As an Electrical Project Manager you will be responsible for:

- Oversight on projects assigned to you, helping to define the goals and objectives of the projects, including forecasting and planning of all resources, costs and schedules,
- Ensuring time on projects is managed effectively, determining when various project components are to be completed, and by whom,
- Effectively managing costs, resources and timelines on all projects and for keeping projects within or under budget,
- Ensuring that all projects meet Hardies’ quality standards,
- Ensuring safety on projects is paramount,
- Ensuring customers’ needs are met or exceeded,
- Participating in targeting and developing strategy to acquire new customers as well as, promoting all of Hardies’ business offerings to current customers,

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- A technical diploma from a Community College, or equivalent working experience,
- Certification in Project Management would be an asset,
- You must possess a valid 309A Electrical License and be an active member with Skilled Trades Ontario,
- Five or more years’ experience as a Foreperson in an industrial construction environment,
- A minimum of one year of electrical project management experience in an industrial construction environment, is preferred,
- Possessing a valid class G Driver’s License, or better, with a clean driving record,
- Experience in food and beverage/brewing, chemical processing, power generation, and/or municipal water and wastewater treatment would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
