The A/V Project Coordinator /Project Manager will excel in providing project management leadership to ensure OES Scoreboard video display and scoreboard projects are completed on time, on budget and in a way that exceeds customer expectations.

The A/V Project Coordinator /Project Manager will be the primary customer contact for assigned installation projects and accountable for all stages of these projects; from receipt of purchase order to project completion. In addition, you will work in collaboration with Engineering and the Scoreboards Sales Team to facilitate the install quoting process. You will use you customer service and relationship building skills to work with general contractors, installation technicians and third-party contractors and compile all required installation estimates needed by the sales team to quote projects.

**Major Accountabilities**

Project Management
- Work with OES sales team to review and gather needs/requirements from the clients.
- Work with the OES design team to translate client requirements to construction contract specifications and drawings.
- Collaborate with the OES design and sales teams on tender packages to ensure all drawings, details and specifications are fair, reasonable, and constructible.
- Creation of subcontractor RFQ documents including detailed scope of work. Reviewing and comparing bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules and communicate to customers, employees, and subcontractors.
- Work with general contractor, subcontractor, and other trades to ensure that all site related issues are resolved in a timely manner. This may involve the issuance of site instruction, change notices and other related documentation.
- Conduct system review at the completion of installation to verify project meets or exceeds customer expectations. Produce deficiency punch lists and checklists and see them through to completion.
- Visit job sites and complete performance reviews for both employees and subcontractors working on the project.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with project general contractor, customer, and our subcontractors.
- Work to resolve issues and escalate by communicating to the correct people to assist as needed.
- Monitor and give feedback to subcontractors, service partners, and technicians to make sure work is being accomplished in the project time frame.
- Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees through lessons learned and continuous improvements.
- Stay up to date on current best practices, emerging technologies, and process efficiencies.

Installation Technical Support and Service:

- Travel to customer sites by air or other transportation means to domestic and international locations. While travelling work schedule may include evenings and weekends.
- Attend site meetings as required.
- Perform inventory of delivered materials upon shipment arrival to ensure all required materials are available on site.
- On site supervision of subcontractors including tasks such as coordination of delivery locations, unloading equipment, proper picking, lifting, and attachment of scoreboards and LED display products and installation of electrical conduits, pulling of electrical signal wires, power, and data termination.
- Provide on-site technical support which may include cable terminations, field repair, testing, troubleshooting, operator training, maintenance training, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Perform commissioning and testing of installed equipment to ensure all components are functioning and properly configured.
- Configure, adjust and/or calibrate display to optimize image quality.
- Training of onsite maintenance personnel, authorized service providers, and other owner personnel as necessary.
- Document and provide feedback to all engineering product design and manufacturing groups at OES.
- Complete daily progress and safety summary reports as required.

Coordinating subcontractor work:

- Setting and monitoring the schedule to meet the daily, weekly, and project milestone dates.
- Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations and make corrections when needed.
- Manage risk assessment, incident reports, and other safety documents as the project requires.
- Responsible to make sure the daily work is well laid out and parts and equipment are available for people to complete work.
- Need to understand the overall project plan and need to be organized to prepare ahead of time for the project.
- Expected to have daily to weekly communication to give feedback on the project progress.
