**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Utilize cold calling and outbound sales techniques to generate leads and establish new business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the store manager to set and achieve sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Create a conducive environment to enhance sales opportunities within the wholesale market.
- Become proficient in product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends by reading blogs, trade publications, and learning from brand representatives.
- Provide general customer service support as needed in-store.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
- Efficiently organize time, particularly with regards to advertising and promotion activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve company goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Google Suite is a must.
- Prior experience in music and musical instruments is desirable but not mandatory.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent; education in sales or business administration is a plus.
