Deal Secretary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Entering deals into our Real Estate accounting system
- Complete entire process of deal processing - ensuring proper compliances
- Following up with agents about outstanding documents
- Invoicing co-operating brokerages for commission payment
- Processing pre-construction deals
- Preparing and sending commission invoices
- Processing commission cheques
- Uploading documents into paperless system
- Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages, and lawyers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work independently and support multiple agents
- Collaborative with team members as required and be able to multitask
- Efficient time management skills
- Prior experience in a professional office space would be considered an asset
- Must have deals experience
