**What You Will Do**:
Kinross is looking for a summer student who is highly motivated to learn, grow and be a part of the Treasury Department during the summer of 2023. You will assist the treasury team with global projects, create detailed presentation, work with financial models and develop reports as required. Assist with correlation analysis (across various asset classes), cash flow forecasting analysis and reporting, and internal/external audit requirements.

By the end of your internship, you will have developed tangible financial, planning and business skills that will help you get the most out of your final year(s) of university and set a meaningful foundation for your career post-graduation.

**Must Haves**:

- 3rd or 4th year student in Business Finance or related field
- Lodgings in Toronto for the duration of the placement
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management skills; the ability to meet multiple and competing deadlines
- Professionalism and interpersonal skills to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management

**Nice to Haves**:

- Language skills in French, Arabic, Portuguese, or Spanish
- Experience working with culturally diverse teams
- Active extracurriculars
- Prior knowledge of Bloomberg will be considered an asset
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

**Our Approach to COVID-19**:
