Alarm Customer Service Assistant

North York, Canada Pre-Lock Security Services Inc Full time

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Accurately enter customer information and update records in the database
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred and understanding alarm systems including programming of panels and working with alarm techs
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is beneficial
- Previous experience installing alarms in homes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$24.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
