**Supply Chain Analyst**

**Location**:Oakville

**Overview**:
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Analyst role will play an integral part of the development of business intelligence within the supply chain, focusing on providing analytical support to large scale supply chain implementations. It will use project management expertise to drive end-to-end assignments from gathering requirements to implementation. You will also support in the preparation of all reports-metrics-dashboard related to the Supply Chain team.

**What you will do as a Supply Chain Analyst**:

- Perform analysis of a variety of supply chain data sets to measure performance, identify trends, mitigate impacts, and explore optimization opportunities
- KPI Monitoring and Analysis
- Proactively analyze Supply Chain activities and provide recommendation to team members focusing on cost reduction initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing current process and implementing new methodologies, tools, and techniques to help improve accuracy and create overall Supply Chain efficiencies
- Work with internal and external stakeholders (Vendor, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain) to correct any data discrepancies and/or obtain information critical to the sourcing process
- Make process improvement recommendations focused on improving KPIs.
- Assist in the proper categorization of materials supplied and classification of vendors with the support and direction of the Supply Chain
- Prepare quarterly procurement report
- Support monthly Supply Chain meetings; preparing presentation, coordinating with presenters, taking meeting minutes
- Support and publish monthly SC & Fleet reporting, develop streamlined reporting methods
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree, Business, Supply Chain and/or Finance degree preferred
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel and Microsoft Power BI
- Good working knowledge of standard methodologies, concepts, best practices, and procedures within a business intelligence environment
- Excellent communication skills and experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability
- Organized, diligent, and able to track and manage multiple streams of information on an ongoing basis
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
- Team player
