SUMMARY

The IT Systems Analyst role has an in-person work requirement due to the nature of the responsibilities.

AS AN IT SYSTEMS ANALYST, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:
- Providing technical support of servers, workstations, mobile assets, communication systems (VolP), and operating systems such as Windows, Google Workspace, Microsoft Productivity Suite, etc.- Managing and supporting identity and access management directories including: Microsoft Active Directory and Google Workspace.- Resolving end-user IT issues such as password resets, software questions, PC hardware issues, etc. through the use of the help desk ticketing system (JIRA).-
- Maintaining inventory of equipment, supplies and related documentation.-
- Ensuring hardware, software, and network upgrades, installs, re-installs, changes, and relocations are completed as required.- Accurately completing user onboarding prior to Team Members start date by configuring, testing, and installing hardware and software specific to user and business requirements.YOU CAN EXCEL AS AN IT SYSTEMS ANALYST IF YOU HAVE:
- A College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent experience.- 1 to 3 years of experience in an IT Support role.- Working technical and practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Google Workplace services.- Netsuite Administrator certification is an asset.- Extensive experience with help desk ticketing systems and supported ITIL best practices.- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and design concepts; including routing, switching, firewalls, IPS, web and mail gateways, DNS, WINS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SMTP, IPSec, SSL.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.- The ability to prioritize and plan workload, multi-mask, meeting deadlines, and adjust plans to changing needs.- Collaborative, and approachable skills with exceptional ethical standards, interpersonal and communication skills.
