**Job Overview**
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Front Store Customer Service Representative to join our team at [Insert Bakery Name]. As the face of our bakery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk in. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from taking orders to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
**Duties**:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Accurately enter customer data into the system
- Analyze customer interactions to improve service quality
**Requirements**:
- Take customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, process various transactions, and provide correct change to customers.
- Prepare and assemble food orders, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and rotate perishable items to maintain freshness.
- Provide friendly and prompt service to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Assist with cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Proficiency in data entry and multitasking
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
**Experience Requirements & Skills**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour
