**Position Overview**:
As the Front Desk Receptionist at Divine Foods Store, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, representing our brand with warmth and professionalism. Your role will involve greeting guests, managing inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Reception**: Welcome customers and visitors to Divine Foods Store with a friendly and courteous demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment bookings for culinary classes, tastings, and other store events, coordinating schedules with instructors and customers.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management to support store operations.
- **Cash Handling**: Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures and reconciling daily sales reports.
- **Customer Assistance**: Offer personalized assistance to customers, guiding them to relevant products, providing recommendations, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- **Phone Management**: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate department or staff member as needed.
- **Store Maintenance**: Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of Divine Foods Store.
- **Sales Promotion**: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to encourage sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and culinary, to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of gourmet foods and culinary products is an asset.
