**The Position**:
We are seeking a passionate, self-starter to be our new
**Operations Analyst** to help drive the operational execution and process improvements for our
**OSL Direct Bell Authorized B2B Sales division**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to analyze data, identify gaps and business insights, providing recommendations
- Visualize and present insights through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations and support leaders in managing a rapidly evolving business
- Key prime for project management of key initiatives, working closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful execution
- Manage the successful execution of program initiatives to ensure achievement of sales operational excellence
- Collaborate and strategize with OSL sales and operations teams to plan operational execution, assess strategy, optimize, and improve current processes
- Ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met with ability presenting updates to stakeholders and all levels of management
- Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive activity and channel growth
- Work closely with client and operations teams to establish and manage the operational priorities and projects to ensure sales ops success
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or concentration from an accredited institution, university or college is required
- Minimum 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Enablement and/or Execution experience
- Post secondary educations in Business, Marketing or experience in related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office environment and tools
- Advanced excel skills including manipulation of pivot tables, knowledge of a wide range of formulas
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and present to all levels of management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinker, strong communication skills
- Ability to develop strong business and personal relationships with OSL and Bell management teams
- Customer service orientated, teamwork, and collaboration, adaptability
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and within team environment
- Challenger mindset with a desire to innovate with curiosity and purpose
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization
