Job Summary:
Resumes are being accepted for the temporary position of

**Hours of Work**

35 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

**Your role**
- Troubleshoot issues and provide first level technical support.
- Manage change requests to existing functionality while maintaining system integrity.
- Use functional specifications of business requirements to design, develop, test, implement and sustain quality solutions.
- Build and maintain technical and user documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Build and manage custom reports and dashboards for end users and management.
- Participate in projects working as part of a project team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in JD Edwards Enterprise One and IBM Maximo would be an asset.
- Proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL, Trigger and related Oracle RDMS tools.
- Experience in report writing, and experience with Crystal Reports would be an asset.
- Advanced competency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, stakeholders and the general public.
- Able to handle multiple and changing priorities and coordinate available resources accordingly.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

**Rate**

Non-Union Grade: 4 $40.16- $50.20
