We are currently seeking a Collision Estimator Trainer to join our team and help develop the next generation of Estimators.
**Job Summary**:
The Collision Estimator Trainer will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Estimators by leading comprehensive training programs and workshops each month. This role is responsible for one-on-one coaching, developing training materials, and reviewing individual development plans. You will train Estimators to provide accurate repair estimates, communicate effectively with customers and insurance partners, and comply with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training & Development: Facilitate regular training workshops focused on estimating techniques, customer communication, insurance compliance, and the use of industry-standard software.
- One-on-One Coaching: Provide personalized coaching to Estimators to improve their skills and achieve performance targets.
- Development Plan Reviews: Conduct individual reviews to track progress and support Estimators in meeting key KPIs.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure Estimators are trained in manufacturer repair procedures, insurer guidelines, and industry standards.
- Systems & Tools: Train Estimators on software like Mitchell, Nexsyis, and operational tools used at Kirmac. Keep up to date on advancements in automotive systems including new technologies, ADAS, etc.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: At least 5 years as a Collision Repair Estimator or similar role with strong experience using Mitchell or Nexsyis.
- Skills: Proficiency in estimating software, excellent communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to Learning: Willingness to pursue ongoing training and professional development.
- Education: ICAR training or industry certifications are a plus.
