At Pasta Polo and Brick Oven Pizza, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing new recipes, menu planning, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in menu development, with experience in creating innovative dishes that appeal to a wide range of customers. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, providing guidance and training as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create new recipes and menu items that meet the high standards of Pasta Polo and Brick Oven Pizza.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure they are meeting the expected standards.
  • Cost Control: Estimate amounts and costs of supplies and food items, and work to optimize profitability.
  • Food Quality: Plan menus and ensure that all food meets the highest quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
