Senior Estimator - Port Coquitlam

**Key Responsibilities**: - Analyze specifications for large projects to determine overall requirements.
- Lead win strategy development for new work procurement.
- Select and evaluate trade contractor pricing.
- Attend pre-tender meetings to ensure bid accuracy.
- Provide construction procedures and methods for estimate preparation.
- Manage work scope in medium-to-large estimates or components of larger estimates.
- Establish critical path schedules to meet contract obligations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Obtain competitive pricing models from trade contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update trade contractor database information.
- Identify risks and opportunities associated with contract/project documents.

**Qualifications/Requirements**: - Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Industrial site experience working with Pipefitters.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline or preferably a Trade Certificate.
- Understanding of Union Agreements (various trades).
- Advanced blueprint reading skills and firm understanding of contract documents.

**Salary**: $110,000 - $140,000
