At L'otus Cake Boutique, we are proud to be one of the first coffee and dessert shops in Metro Vancouver specializing in Mille Crepe Cakes. We are committed to sourcing exceptional and fresh ingredients to deliver the best Crepe Cake experience to our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Baking a variety of Crepe Cake, Cheese Cake, Mousse Cake, and Roll Cake.
- Ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following recipes and using baking equipment properly.
- Assisting customers with purchases and answering product-related questions.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of baking experience or training.
- Foodsafe level 1 is plus
- Skills in Crepe Cake, Cheese Cake, Mousse Cake, and Roll Cake.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
