The English Language and Culture Program (ELC) in Lifelong Learning has assisted students in achieving their academic goals. In addition to improving their English skills, students at ELC develop and improve the analytical skills needed for academic success while developing an understanding of Canadian and North American culture.

**About the Role**

The Program Assistant position assists the Program Coordinator and Program Director by providing registration services and administrative support for the smooth running of the English Language & Culture (ELC) program. This is one of two Program Assistant positions at ELC; the two positions work closely to ensure efficiency and stability in program procedures. While both positions provide enrolment and administrative services, each position has some areas unique to it. This position ensures the smooth delivery of all programs and administrative procedures. Provides routine program information to agents and potential students. Oversees student registration and maintains regular contact with agents. Tracks student registrations and agent performance. Provides administrative and clerical support to the Program Coordinator, Instructional Coordinator, and Marketing Coordinator.
