- Specific Responsibilities:

- Some key responsibilities include the following:

- Administrative functions such as manual filing of documents and updating files
- Assist President & CEO with all Foundation related tasks as well as other tasks for Digital Commerce Bank as required
- Responding to inquires and providing information to internal and external individuals
- Other duties as assigned
