**The Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to coordinate and enhance our sales operations, focusing on logistics management, cross-functional collaboration, sales support, and team leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between sales, operations, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Coordinate logistics for demo gear delivery to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM system with accurate customer data, sales activities, and pipeline tracking.
- Update price lists and sales materials to reflect current pricing and product information.
- Engage weekly with Sales team members to update project status, pipelines, and CRM data
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to manage product pipeline and inventory levels effectively.
- Follow up on key projects and initiatives with sales team members to ensure timely completion and success.
- Work closely with marketing team to develop sales support materials, including documents, SOPs, and promotional materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies to drive sales effectiveness.
- Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training programs for the sales operations team.
- Play a key role in shaping, building, and growing the sales operations function as the sales team expands.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and projections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or related field (Experience in the telephony industry experience an asset)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
