**Job Summary**

Our Junior Administrative Assistant will play a critical role by providing direct support to the CEO of Nour Private Wealth. You will be accountable for managing schedules, departmental events, financial services support, exceptional client service and executive correspondence to ensure the effectiveness of the executive leadership team. In addition, you will maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain, and organize files, prepare correspondence and other presentation materials, client documents, transfers, and client reports.

**Job Type / Category**
- Calendar management including prioritizing scheduling and managing conflicts. Also provide support in organizing meetings
- Proactively manage complex travel arrangements/itinerary, ensuring seamless travel and efficient use of budgeting and resources.
- Execution of high-quality correspondence, document, and reports, giving attention to detail; proactively seek opportunities to provide additional value-added service to ensure all established deadlines/commitments are met
- Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and in a way properly reflecting business intentions
- Ensure relevant information is assembled and prepared for meetings. (Client documents)
- Set up and coordinate, staff meetings, management meetings
- Preparation of new/existing client documents, opening client accounts and transfers
- Creating/Preparing branch events such as, booking a meeting place, dealing with vendors, menus and coordinating with Nour Private Wealth team members

**Required Education, Skills and Qualification**
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving and ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Superior organizational skills specifically around calendar management, scheduling, ability to organize, plan, and schedule activities.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills in working effectively with various levels of staff, including senior management and executives; ability to work as a team member.
- Sound judgement in decision making; strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency; Intranet and Internet navigating and research skills.
- **Fluent in English, French an asset**
