Canadian Injury Management is growing again and in the process is looking for a bilingual claims manager to oversee work and focus on non-occupational disability management. Our vision remains to build and manage programs that are fair and consistent in the handling of all employees.

Applicants will require an excellent working knowledge in, and the ability to;
- Oversee Attendance Management Programs;
- Conduct and oversee Case Management specific to non-occupational claims;
- Implement and oversee the interventions required to support timely recovery;
- Oversee Return to Work in keeping with Policy language, Union Contract language, and Human Rights;
- Assess and guide employer programs while continuing to build strong relationships with the client and the employee;
- Deliver the highest level of professionalism and knowledge to assist in management of a growing team
- Partake in growing the client base, in analysis of needs, and in presentation of solutions.

**Assets when applying;**
- Prior experience short term, and long-term case management
- Prior experience in Attendance Management
- A strong understanding of medical jargon
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, handle multiple assignments, plan, and meet deadlines
- Strong continuous improvement mindset and ability to work with clients to improve their program
- Analytical and detail oriented, especially with complex claims and contracts
- Proactive and innovative
- Great communicator with authentic care and empathy touch
- Resilient and able to handle and overcome difficult and stressful situations
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Collaborative team player
- **Bilingualism (English and French)**:

- Ability to travel to collaborate on specific projects

Salary will be set based on experience. This position can be located in Toronto, Sudbury, or Sault Ste Marie. **This is an Opportunity **to join a growing team, in a company that is expanding nationally.
