**Duties**:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise and train staff members to maintain high-quality performance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Strong mathematical skills for handling financial transactions accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor contracts and pricing discussions
- Familiarity with the local market trends and competition in the industry is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing employees is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $54,769.00-$60,065.00 per year

Expected hours: 37 per week
