Content is the voice of Flinks and a key pillar of our marketing strategy. Grounded in research, opinions, and empathy, our content lets the market see through the lens of our brand and products.
We’re looking for a passionate professional to join our Brand & Content Marketing squad to create engaging and always-on-brand copy and content. In this role you will produce high-quality pieces of content, specifically for thought leadership, using a range of various mediums such as blogs, whitepapers, social media and even podcasts.
**What you'll be doing**
- Craft Flinks content strategy and align it with our ICP buyer’s journey from prospect to customer
- Own a marketing content calendar, allocating resources, determining targets and timelines for freelancers or internal production
- Write and scale the production high-quality marketing assets, including blogs, studies, white papers, press releases, case studies, and more
- Establish a unified brand voice across all Flinks’ assets and channels, selecting the right methods based on our goals and adapting to emerging contexts
- Craft compelling and engaging content across the company’s Social Media channels
- Develop a comprehensive database of reference customers and success stories that can be used to directly support sales and marketing activities, PR, thought leadership, analyst relations, and strategic partnerships
**Who you are**
- At least 5 years of content copywriting and production experience in a B2B environment
- At least 3 years of experience working in fast-paced, agile marketing environments
- Outstanding English communication, writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience working within brand guidelines and a defined tone of voice
- Experience in SaaS and/or B2B Fintech, an asset
- Experience with the tools of the trade: Hubspot, Ahref, Miro, etc, and knowledge of SEO an asset.
