**Required Qualifications**:

Current and active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (C.R.N.A.) and/or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (C.R.P.N.A) required. Heart and Stroke Foundation BLS Level C Health Care Provider, Minimum of 3 years of recent mental health worked experience in acute setting. Excellent interpersonal skills. Minimum of 3 years in Addiction Mental Health experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or Master's degree. Charge nurse experience. Supervisor /management experience, proven dependability and accountability. Connect Care training. Conflict resolution. Ability to work in a highly stressful environment. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention. Knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Guardianship Act, Psychotropic medication and Mental Health disorders.
