**Job Details**

**Position Title**: Indigenous Curriculum Specialist
**Status**: Full-Time Administration (Temporary Contract)
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
**Program/Department**: University of Guelph-Humber, Academic
**Campus/Location**: 207 Humber College Blvd. (North Campus); hybrid work environment combining a minimum of 3 days per week in-office collaboration and remote working.
**Salary**: NFT Admin 05, Hiring Range $70,562-$88,203 (annual)

**What you will do**:
Under the general direction of the Associate Vice-Provost, Academic, the Indigenous Curriculum Specialist will facilitate and lead discussions on changes to courses and programs from an Indigenous informed curriculum perspective. This includes collaborating with Program Heads and Assistant Program Heads in identified programs to review current course offerings, provide counsel on the inclusion of Indigenous knowledges, ways of knowing, and worldviews into curricula and pedagogic practice. The incumbent will design and deliver seminars, workshops and instructional resources to support the teaching of Indigenous content.

- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role and/or Indigenous lived experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with academic leaders and instructors in a collegial environment
- Experience in creating presentations and delivering seminars/workshops/training sessions.
