At the center of every job we do, our goal is to achieve real solutions for our customers’ challenges. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pump Shop Coordinator to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate projects related to the repair and maintenance of equipment from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Calculate comprehensive cost estimates (including materials and labour) and prepare detailed customer quotations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to pump projects.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize project efficiency, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Source and order parts and materials required for projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications. Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Follow a quality assurance process to ensure the highest standards in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment. Conduct inspections and audits as necessary.
- Provide backup coverage for other team leads/coordinators during absences/backlog.
**Qualifications**:
- Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) or equivalent education, or Journeyman Industrial Mechanic/Machinist certification.
- Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in coordinating technical projects, with a focus on the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment and associated systems.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
