Maintenance is seeking an experienced **Maintenance/Carpenter**. The **Maintenance / Carpenter** will assist with performing various tasks and jobs for the General Maintenance at several residential properties and the head office in the Kingston area.

**Note that this position will require frequent local travel, therefore you must have a valid Ontario License, and a clean driving record.**

**EXAMPLES OF DUTIES**:

- Running various errands
- Groundskeeping;
- Basic General handyman work;
- General building maintenance and upkeep;
- Some assistance with occasional minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing projects may be required, therefore some general knowledge / minor experience in these areas is an asset.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience providing maintenance support in both business / commercial buildings and residences (relevant experience in the trades, i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, is an asset,);

- Good listener and good at taking directions;
- Good personality and communication skills;
- Dedicated;
- Organized;
- Capable of identifying issues and finding solutions;
- Able to work well without supervision;
- Able to communicate fluently in the English language;
**-Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record;**

**-Must be legally entitled to work in Canada;**

**Note that a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check and Driver's Abstract will be requested.**

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
