Maintenance Person

**Qualifications**
- Valid General Carpenter trade certificate issued by the Ontario Ministry of Trades/ Skilled Trades Ontario.
- Three (3) years’ experience in general carpentry, construction, or related industry, or minimum
three (3) years’ experience in construction or maintenance of timber framed buildings.
- Sound knowledge of general construction codes and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the Ontario Building Code.
- An extensive general knowledge of building and equipment maintenance and repair work.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in order to travel and provide service throughout the district.
