What you can expect to do and learn as an Equipment Support:
**Equipment Maintenance and Repair**:
- Ensure equipment are in working condition by cleaning and inspecting game equipment (e.g. scanner frames, dice, domes, roulettes, money wheels, Powerballs, diamond machines etc.)
- Monitor equipment performance (cards, dice, shoes etc.)
- Fix broken equipment using tools such as drills, pliers, screwdrivers, and soldering iron.
- Leveling and rotating roulette wheels to ensure proper game integrity and performance.
- Terminate and replace roulette balls.
- Ensure longevity of equipment through preventive maintenance processes.
- Ensure equipment are available for use 24/7.
**Inventory Management**:
- Ensure inventory room is organized and well-maintained by keeping good processes and up to date with inventory count.
- Maintain good documentation and proper processes for card inspectors to ensure life cycle of cards is respected.
- Using Dymo to create barcodes to ensure proper labelling of our equipment.
- Verify and inspect equipment received for our inventory.
**Use of Technology and software**:
- Luxriot - Security camera software to monitor proper use of equipment in studio
- Jira - Project and task management software
- Backoffice - Tracks sensitive equipment in Evolution.
- Slack - Professional communications and collaboration hub
**Special Projects and Assignments**:
- Support our studio expansion plans by preparing equipment for new table openings.
- Step in to help with card inspection occasionally (training provided)
