Working in a fun, casual environment, you will help ACS provide top notch accommodations for our clients.

Job description

As an Office Manager, you will liaise directly with clients and staff.

You must have the following:

- Top level organization skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Proficient common office software including Excel and Word
- Good attention to detail
- Own vehicle
- Bondable
- Experience is mandatory
- A criminal record check will be required
- A keen eye for cleanliness
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong belief in following safety protocols and ability to promote to the team

Your regular duties will include:
Managing cleaning staff and schedules

Inventory management

Auditing cleanings

Scheduling maintenance requests

Sending out client contracts and other client documentation

**Job Types**: Full-time Permanent

Pay offer will be based on qualifications

Hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday with very mínimal requirement for overtime.

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
