Procurement Manager

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build strong vendor relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain risks
- Oversee the procurement team and provide guidance on best practices
**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, engineering or other related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
- Minimum of eight years in tactical sourcing, buying and contract negotiation in a manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers
- Familiarity with supply chain procedures and inventory control
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Creating and monitoring KPI's for staff
