Skyway provides comprehensive planning, design, project management, material, equipment, and labour for the delivery of Access Scaffolding, Insulation & Abatement, Fireproofing & Painting, Rope Access & Technical services and specialized swing-stage, shoring, safety fence and other construction products for commercial and industrial construction and maintenance throughout Canada.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the workflow process for timely material ordering including shipments, returns and transfers.
- Administer the invoicing process for the rental and sales of the Company's scaffolding assets and other products.
- Provide key process support and guidance for the company's operations teams in locations accross western Canada.
- Assist with the collection and reporting of Key Performance Indicators
- Contribute to continuous improvement through participation in process development teams and inter-department collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or diploma/degree in business management or administrative assistant certificate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience with preference for materials management systems, shipping receiving and/or rental invoicing experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.
- Effective organizational practices, self-starter, and the ability to work independently
- Experience with **Avontus Quantify** would be considered a definite asset. But not an absolute requirement.
