**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Sous la supervision du VP, Ingénierie et gestion de produits, vous assumerez les responsabilités suivantes:

- Responsable de diriger des projets - diriger un portefeuille de projets d'introduction de nouveaux produits de pièces standard ou personnalisées répondant aux besoins du projet et des clients.
- Gérer les clients - interface avec les clients internes et externes pour s'assurer que leurs besoins sont satisfaits.
- Prise en charge des produits existants - Restez réactif aux besoins du produit tout au long de son cycle de vie.
- Croissance - vous vous engagez à apprendre et à grandir en tant que gestionnaire de programme et expert de l'industrie.
- Constituez des équipes de projet solides avec des membres d'équipe responsables pour lancer le projet.
- Diriger des portefeuilles de projets liés au développement de nouveaux produits et à toutes les autres étapes du cycle de vie du produit.
- Créer des solutions à haute valeur ajoutée et innovatrices.
- Fournir une documentation standardisée de qualité supérieure pour soutenir le lancement du produit.
- Surveiller le feedback et les commentaires des clients pour favoriser l'amélioration continue du projet.

**EXIGENCES DU POSTE**
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie technique ou expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Bilingue (oral et écrit) - Atout.
- Expérience prouvée en gestion de programme ou de projet - La certification PMP serait considérée un atout.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de raisonnement quantitatif, de résolution de problèmes, de créativité et de stratégie.
- Capacité à communiquer clairement et à résoudre les problèmes avec une grande variété de personnes et de demandes.
- Organisé et efficace dans la gestion du temps, capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches.
- Capacité démontrée à hiérarchiser les tâches et à gérer le temps efficacement.
- Une interaction et un travail d'équipe efficaces avec les autres départements sont essentiels.

**Position**:Program Manager - NPI**

Permanent position (full-time)

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Under the VP Engineering and Product Management’s supervision, you will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible to Lead Projects - lead a portfolio of new product introductions projects of standard or custom parts meeting the project and customer needs.
- Manage Customers - Interface with internal and external customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Support Existing Products - Remain responsive to product needs throughout the life cycle of the product.
- Growth - you will commit yourself to learn and grow as a program manager and an industry expert.
- Build robust project teams with accountable team members to get the project launched.
- Lead portfolios of projects related to new product development and all of the other stages of the product life cycle.
- Create high value and innovative solutions
- Supply superior standardized documentation to support product launch.
- Monitor customer returns and feedback to drive continuous project improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 years of technical engineering experience or experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual (Oral and written) - Asset.
- Proven track record Program or Project Management - PMP certification would be considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem solving, creativity and strategic skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate and resolve issues with a wide variety of people and demands.
- Organized and efficient in time-management, capable of multi-tasking.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Effective interaction and teamwork with other departments is essential.
