**Requirements**:

- Assist in planning and implementation of residential, multi-residential and Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) organic waste program.
- Assist in planning and implementation of other waste management initiatives, including blue box transition and clear bag waste collection.
- Update various departmental databases.
- To be a representative of the City of Cornwall and maintain outstanding public relations skills and professional image at all times.
- All other duties as assigned.
- College or University in Environmental field or Engineering field;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Must possess the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment;
- Must be able to perform all physical duties related to the position;
- Must have Class G Drivers License;
- Must provide a Drivers Abstract;
