**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- working closely with the Medical Director to oversee efficient operation of clinic location(s)
- Provide direct executive support to Medical Director
- Develop, coordinate and manage HR services including recruitment, compensation, orientation, performance management, training, discipline, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise directly with employment counsel for all HR matters when required
- Process leave requests such as, medical leaves, leave of absence, as well as employee disability cases including ongoing sick leave and return to work.
- Develop, contribute to, and implement new HR programs, policies and procedures.
- Update policies/manuals based on updated legislation and/or College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) guidelines.
- Mitigate staff, physician and/or client relation issues and determine corrective actions. Design relevant HR strategies and implement initiatives in areas of conflict de-escalation, knowledge management, social media etc. when appropriate.
- Liaise directly with Charge Nurse to develop nursing objectives, guidelines in keeping with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and to address workflow requirements.
- Develop physician on-boarding and orientation programs in compliance with CPSO and Out-of-Hospital Premises Inspection Program (OHPIP) guidelines.
- Support smooth integration of new physicians into the OHPIP.
- Communicating and clarifying CPSO positions on Out-of-Hospital Premises (OHP) issues with new physicians.
- Coordinate regular quality assurance physician and staff meetings.
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis using NEBS Payweb payroll system.
- Ensure all electronic and paper employee files are complete, and meet ESA compliance.
- Create and produce detailed financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as well as producing ad-hoc reports for the Medical Director.
- Accurate capture and submission of up to 20,000 OHIP billing codes on a monthly basis.
- Interface with external vendors and stakeholders to manage relationships and ensure competitive pricing as well as proper delivery of services and products.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain all clinic systems and integrity for Accuro EMR.
- Periodically review internal processes and foster continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Brand development, website creation on WIX and social media management.
- Oversee specific projects as required such as new OHP launches and continuing medical education (CME) events.
- Overall facility management including the monitoring of commercial insurance renewal, equipment maintenance, supplies management etc.
- Event planning, coordinating team building activities.
- Any other duties related to the position or emerging from new business need

**Skills**:

- Experience working in a hospital or medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong background in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Previous experience as a nurse is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
